3km time trial at Princes Park today

Ch 7 news just said Lambert, Ellis & Aarts were in the top 3 of today's time trial around Princes Park.

Cotch watched on.

Running has never been the issue with Bellis

A severe lack of courage has been the main problem

If running top 3 in a 3km time trial fixes that issue, then great news

This is getting out of hand.

If we, the posters, can't even square off with each other with some banter from time to time without a snip....why can Claw derail every thread by calling half our list "poo, shatamapantswhatever, wacko," etc.

sure, sometimes he backs his thoughts up with 7 paragraphs of tripe that no one actually ever reads. but come on.

I know clubs don't publish official times as it's good to keep these sort of stats indoors but does anyone have a rough idea as to say the sort of time that say Lambert, and Ellis will.be clocking? Sub 9:30? Sub 9:00?
