Hopefully his shoulder is back to full strength now as being a tackling machine is a key part of his game.

Agree get a bit more of the footy , but Dimma has to release him to a bit from his defence duties.

an average of 14 disposals is not too far off the mark for a 25 game just turned 21 midfielder. The average 6 tackles is well in front of most others.

So expectation would be to lift the disposals towards 20 this year and over 20 next year whilst keeping the defensive work high

Short but Big bodied inside mid  who has already played in two final series really needs to win plenty of contested  ball win his share of clearances and compete and tackle in the clinches 1 out of 3 is not good enough atm.

Jack Graham

Going into his third season, Graham could become a vitally important player in Richmond's midfield. The 21-year-old has a defensive mindset that some of his teammates don't, and with Dustin Martin, Trent Cotchin and co. hunting the ball, Graham's natural instincts would be rated highly. Graham had five tackles in the third term and eight for the game, finishing with 20 disposals as a key contributor in Richmond's exciting stuff. - Ben Guthrie

he had a good game. That sort of game is a pass  it wasnt exceptional it was what shoul;d be the  minimal  amount of  output for any mid worth his salt. The output was where  it needs to be in every game.

He has had leg fractures and a shoulder reconstruction since arriving. You must factor that into expectations...

They are serious injuries, especially to a guy trying to find his feet in the big league.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Quite true, he hasn't had the easiest run since joining us.

The thing I love about him is his composure. For a young guy, he has fantastic composure.

Just stating the obvious observation that that is the minimum of what is required. Nothing over the top just a good solid contribution in all areas.
If only other blokes who get a regular game would attain the same average standard.
