And Naish. Thought he might get a run, although I guess with only 2 games maybe opportunities are at a premium.

I haven't had time to watch the replay but being up there melting there was some poor BEllis very few glimpes of good BEllis but plenty of average BEllis. That's why he's been replaced my McIntosh I reckon. Fighting for the same role.

Weller’s second half was good. He was much better than Brandon.

Also they play different positions. So if either of those 2 were dropped it prob wouldn’t have meant Ellis we keep his place.

You'd expect if you're not playing this weekend barring injury then you're not playing round 1. So this pretty much confirms Ellis is on the outer and no longer seen as in our best 22. Short has taken over his 2017 spot at HB and Ross appears to have jumped ahead of him in the midfield group.

Brando could be one of the best small forwards in the game, just hasn't been given a go there!!!

I'd rather see the Ellis Evade than the Butler Bounce Away From The Contest....:shh

What rubbish. It's pre-season. If Brandon is no longer seen in our best 22 then he'd have been traded post season. He's still very much in the mix.  Perhaps this weekend he's not in the best 22, now the onus is on Mcintosh to keep him out

Lol small forward good one.

His strengths and even his weaknesses all scream wingman. If he can’t break into the team there then most likely he’ll be goneskies.
