The Pies get a soft kill to boost their percentage above ours  :thumbsdown. They have Melbourne next week too.

They have Dees next week the crows at AO then bombres.
If somehow they manages to win all 3 and we drop just 1 they take our spot with %
Will be interesting to see what happens

All the more reasons why our games vs WCE + Bris are more important.

At the end of the day if we can't match it with them at the MCG then what does it matter anyway? We're either worthy of the flag or not and we will get a nice little litmus test in the final rounds :)

It's only the 2nd quarter but the Hawks are 4 goals up on the Giants in shocking weather. Good for us if it stays that way.

Clarkson has probably saved our bacon
In terms of a top 4 finish.

don't really see how it's saving us at all. it's all on us to finish top 4. sure this makes it easier but if we're good enough to finish top 4, we will. no other side is relevant to that.

Thanks Hawks.

Now we need to come out switched on (unlike GWS tonight) and win to take advantage of the Giants being afraid of snow.

Because now we can drop 1 game and it wont cause damage to our top 4 chances. We just have to make sure we beat Carlton tomorrow.
