Can you drop 12-15 blokes?

You know the MIAs?

Ellis has to go back after that effort. Held onto the ball way too long a number of times. Liability when playing a high pressure side.

Out:

Weller
Bellis
Grimes
Butler
Riewoldt

In:

Ross
Balta
Bolton
Houli
Garthwaite if fit, Moore or Chol if not.

On notice: Lambert, Castagna

I'd give Markov one more shot but play him forward in Weller's place.....he showed  promising signs when he moved up there tonight for 10 minutes - probably more than he has in 10 matches down back ....and IIRC  he was originally drafted as a hhf...... :shh

agree about Markov.

My question for those who keep saying bring in Garthwaite - isn’t he still injured and has no match fitness?

Caddy was interviewed at our pre-match function and said he'd been given the ok to play next week.

Coming via the VFL he said

I’d give Coleman-Jones a game in replacement of Jack.
I actually think we need to play a proper Ruck-Forward instead of dismissing this centre clearance thing as an unnecessary evil we have to tolerate playing a ruck
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Didn’t you say roughly the same thing about Lambert?
Something about VFL standard only??

I would bring in Moore for Jack.
I would play Soldo against Simpson.
I would bring in Balta to play CHB. Mrakov goes.
If Garthwaite's corkie is ok, he comes in for Grimes.
Weller goes out for Baker.
Houli in for Ellis.

Bolton unlucky. Possibly in for Lambert who is not going well at all.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
