Fowl play
Eyebrows were raised during the third quarter when Riewoldt appeared to apply a “chicken wing” tackle on Demon Fritsch. Having wrapped up Fritsch, Riewoldt grabbed Fritsch’s wrist, pulling the Dee’s arm behind his back. Riewoldt appeared to let go before doing any serious damage to Fritsch, but the incident could still attract attention from match review officer Michael Christian. “Chicken wing” tackles are rare in the AFL, with the most famous incident occurring in 2012 when Chris Judd was suspended for a tackle laid on North Melbourne’s Leigh Adams.

Jack was clearly holding the arm back so that Fritsch couldn't dispose of it properly and it was an awkward look as they were both on the ground. As soon as Jack saw the ball had come loose he let go.
However, there's every chance the AFL makes a spectacle out of the whole thing and book him for 2.....

Jack copped a $1000 fine for it.
Nankervis has been offered a $2000 sanction for striking Tom McDonald in the second quarter. It was seen as careless conduct, low impact and high contact.

stuff me dead, they fleece our players every week. Now Newman knew how to do a chicken wing, that was worthy of praise, admiration and reflection, Jack didn't follow through, although it had promise.
