‘The greatest’: Ben Cousins meets with Richmond officials, young starMay 12, 2019
FOX SPORTSFallen AFL star Ben Cousins has met with players and officials of his former club Richmond at a training session before the Tigers’ Round 8 clash with Fremantle in the west.
Cousins was snapped meeting with officials from the Tigers, with whom he played 32 games in 2009 and 2010, after 238 matches with West Coast.
Young Richmond star Sydney Stack, who is from Western Australia, posted a photo with Cousins on his Instagram page, writing “the greatest” with a love heart emoji.

Photo: Trevor Collenshttps://www.instagram.com/stackman_44/Cousins was released on jail on bail at the end of March, with a trial date set for September 12 where he will answer 14 charges, 12 of which relate to breaching a family restraining order.
He faces a count each of aggravated stalking and threatening to injure, endanger or harm which stems from his arrest last August at the home of former partner Maylea Tinecheff.
