Only three of those sides have won flags over that period and two of the top 3 missed out (although they each won one just before 2013). We should bypass Hawthorn and Sydney next year as they have declined. Being able to pick up 'should've been a top 10 draft pick' kids like Stack for free will hopefully keep us genuinely challenging for a number of years  :pray.

Last 6 1/2 years we have a higher winning percentage than the entire  70s decade.

Over the last 50 games, we have an 11% better winning record than the next best.

Richmond   39-11     78%
Geelong     33-16-1  67%
W.Coast     33-17     66%
Coll'wood   32-17-1  65%
