AFL website is saying they're expecting a crowd closer to 40k now and all car parks will be closed.

From Barrett's 'Sliding Doors' column today:

Port Adelaide

IF ... you're a really tough club, and not just a pretend, conditionally tough one ...

THEN ... you'll attempt to "terrorise" – that's your word, Ken, not ours - Dusty this Saturday at the MCG.

Richmond

IF ... indeed Port does seek to "terrorise" Dusty ...

THEN ... there's going to be massive, ugly-for-Port consequences.

Hope they do target Dusty.

And just like their game against Brisbane they will forget they are also there to get the football.

A defiant Ken Hinkley has not ruled out giving former Docker Cam Sutcliffe another big stopping job against Richmond on Saturday, despite the plan backfiring spectacularly against Brisbane last week.

He would not specify Sutcliffe’s role against the Tigers but said he would continue to be “adventurous’’ with his selection and tactics to “try to make us better’’.

Hinkley did not rule out Sutcliffe being asked to play a run-with role against Richmond Brownlow Medallist Dustin Martin, who can take exception to being tightly tagged.

Need to at least match Port in the middle, apply team pressure and of course finish it off on the scoreboard.

Sutcliffe on Houli.

Straight out of the middle from the start. George to Lynch but his misses.

Cotch lace out to Lynch at HF. Sets it up. Off Jack's hands. Dusty to Bolton to Cotch to Houli to Broad who kicks poorly to the pocket.

We get it back. Sheds to Bolton to Prestia = goal!  :gotigers

Rich  1.1-7
Port  0.0-0

Prestia chops off Motlop's kick. Chips to Rioli. Ball carries the kick. Lynch off the ground across the face.

Sheds runs himself into trouble in defence. Free shot for Port. Thankfully they miss.

Prestia to Grimes knocks it on to Ellis to Rioli. Goes Lambert at 50. Spoiled. Lynch goes to Jack in the square and the ump pulls a free to Port  ::).

Chol gathers the throw-in on the wing and hits up Lynch on 50. Goal!  :gotigers
