Yes I will rember that too moi  :scream

Captain - pruning roses, laundry and moving fridges are all the responsibility of the lady of the house.

regards

she's pretty handy at moving fridges, but the rest is up to me my friend.

I thought MJS was a true gentleman.

As for pruning roses - don't you cut them to about a third of their size?  Re laundry - don't mix whites with colours.  For a laundrymat - $2 should do a load with another $2 for the dryer.  And moving fridges is men's work.

I think julzqld is a very lovely lady who knows what she's talking about   :bow

I've spoken with my lady and she has given me the following tips.

When pruning roses always wear something warm (you do it in winter) and wear gloves so that you don't get pricked.

You can get a load of washing in one of those places for about $4 and drying is about $1 for 10 minutes - always get the lady who looks after the place to load it for you. Never tip - it's her job.

When your lady moves the fridge she should try to avoid tipping it on its side because oil can leak (not the gas - that's an urban myth) If she has to tip it there's a right and a wrong side to do it on - but she'll know that.

Anything else, feel free to ask. Jackstar is actually good on horse racing and gambling in general.
