CCJ off HB to Naish to Weller. The ball bounces away from Menadue. Menadue eventually gets it to Butler but his kick inside 50 is to a 1-v-2. Essendon clear.

Stack good smother on Myers' kick. We keep it inside F50. Butler snap from the throw-in falls short and the Bombers clear.

Ball pinging between HB lines so far.

Eggy good kick to Towner. Off to Menadue as the field opens up. Goes long and Balta marks 25 out. Goal!

Kmac to Garth who switches but the kick isn't great. Menadue tackled into the ground and it's a ball-up. Stack held by one arm gets the kick away but it is cut-off. Essendon go forward and goal.

Down field kick to Stack in the centre circle. Finds Menadue who goes inside 50 towards Moore but it's spoiled out of bounds.

Morris on the wing goes long. English slammed into the turf and gets the free for a dangerous tackle. 40 out. Goal!

Bombers go inside 50 again and Pickett on the bottom of the pack is pinged for HTB. Melee. Bagley's set shot is OOTF.

Turner to CCJ who takes a good mark. Finds Butler at HB. His kick though is cut-off by Dea.

Bombers eventually get a goal after we couldn't get it out of our defence for 5 mins and gave them enough chances.

Pickett intercepts at HB and gets 50. Kicks it into the man on the mark. Morris back to Pickett back to Morris inside 50. Menadue snap is into Moore.

Bombers turnover and Butler gets the free 50 out. Not going to make the distance but Balta playing in front takes the mark in the goalsquare. Goal!
