Boland wasn't helped by Captain Planet's idiotic field placings. :shh

Dumb and woeful last half an hour before Lunch. Docile pitch with a lack of bounce and we're staying back in the crease and getting out to short balls. Cummins taking an early single in the over and exposing the bowlers to most of the deliveries wasn't too bright either.

Aus 386 all out. Lost last 5 wickets for 48 runs and last 4 for just 14  :P.

Khawaja 141
Carey 66
Cummins 38
Lyon  1
Boland 0
Hazlewood 1*

Trail by 7 runs after the first innings.

Reckon Usman would like his time again

He got sucked in by the field placings big time. It was a very poor shot, pathetic actually

But certainly not as pathetic as Lyon's effort. Senior player and as usually against short pitched bowling he thinks he's Ricky Ponting  :banghead

That we didn't get a lead no matter how small was beyond disappointing.

Stumps. Poms Lead by 35

Clear skies Monday. Rain expected last day

Let's hope they crumble for less than 200.

I'd be hoping for less than 150 TBBH

We aren't the best when to comes to chasing scores or batting to save a game in the last innings of test matches

No chance WP, but Joe R is out

200 is our best hope.

They bat deep
Nearly a take 250 and run scenario

England made 274. Cummins and Lyon 4 wickets each.

Aus 3/107 at stumps. Openers started well, then we lost 3/28 late on in the day.

Khawaja  34*
Warner   36
Labushagne 13
Smith    6
Boland   13* (nightwatchman)

Aussies need a further 174 runs to win [Target 281].

Disappointed in smith and marnus but am still warmly confident given Us' first innings ton, Head and Carey's form
