The 3-0-75 plan was 3 finals appearances not flags. It applied to the first 5 years of Dimma & Gale's reign (2010-14). We got there in six years instead with our three Elimination final losses.

There was though a further longer 10 year 'vision' which spoke about 3 flags by 2020. Ch 7 news mentioned this also on their Thursday or Friday news service. So yep HRT, at least one more by this time next year  ;D  :pray.

Extraordinary example of organisational leadership from the top (planning) down to the bottom (execution). Very proud of the club for sticking to their vision despite a few bumps along the way!
