Looks like we'll be going with a mostly young & inexperienced side in our first preseason game.

Don’t know how we will score goals from our talls?

Great test of depth!

Great to see some of our depth out there!

Really keen to see how Balta goes in the backline. Clearly he's been marked as the Rance replacement long-term.

Also really excited to see Chol + CCJ in the forward line as potential candidates to replace Riewoldt and play 2nd ruck.

Short and Stack HBF in anticipation of Houli retirement - tick from me.

Baker on the wing is interesting...prefer him as a small FWD/DEF. Definitely has more of a go than Short but his disposal isn't nearly as good. I can see him going back to release Stack for either wing/FWD duties.

Will also be great to see all of Pickett, Ross, Higgins, RCD and Dow having a go.

Plenty of blokes there I don't rate also - Naish (I could be wrong admittedly), Aarts and Garth. Make or break seasons for all of them.

The rest are staples or unknown/worth keeping.

Aarts is just a fart in the wind. Reminds me of another fringe dweller in Biscuits.

I’m not expecting much.

Keen to see the emergence of Balta and Two-Mums and CCJ.

Interesting to see if we play a forward line with two talls a la 2019 or go back to 2017 with one tall given both Jack & Lynch are missing.

Main thing is no injuries  :pray.

I like the look of Markov but for some reason he doesn’t get a regular shot in the senior side even ahead of the likes of Brandon Ellis. Now that he’s gone there’s nothing stopping him the chance of cementing a his spot on a wing as a Grigg type.

I think for some reason they see him adding something up forward but I’m skeptical.

Caddy is an interesting one. Will he continue to flex his muscle as a wingman?
I think he’s too slow but he seemed to redefine the role in the latter part of last season so I guess that won’t change.

I believe that Aarts will be gone at the end of the year, possibly to another team but your derogatory description of him is unnecessary.
