Who should replace Rance in the three-man leadership group or does he need to be replaced at all and we just stick with Cotch as captain and Jack as the sole vice-captain?

I like having one leader on every line so either grimes or Vlastuin for me.

I expect Vlastuin to definitely be in the group.

Shed is the interesting one.  Captained the team for a large chunk of 2019, deserves the recognition but perhaps not the right age fit?
