The biggest question for your club in 2020:

Can the Tigers stay hungry?

When you think about the greatest team of the past 20 years there are three clear candidates, the triple-premiership Brisbane and Geelong outfits and the four-time champs, the mighty Hawks. But the Tigers are on the verge of creating a premiership dynasty, too, despite the loss of arguably their second-best player, retired superstar defender Alex Rance. But they won the flag without him last year and have found another pair of excitement machines in Grand Final hero Marlion Pickett and Sydney Stack, to help compliment one of the best big-game players of the modern era, dual Norm Smith medallist and Brownlow star Dustin Martin.

So, on paper, they are possibly even better than last year. The challenge for Damien Hardwick is keeping the group motivated and hungry, knowing they have already climbed the mountain twice and were probably the best team in it when they were stunned by Collingwood in the 2018 preliminary final. Comfortable playing the role of the hunted once again, Richmond is deservedly the team to beat in 2020.

Our players are playing for history now. Dusty chasing a 3rd flag and possibly a 2nd brownlow, Jack Graham and Syd Stack would be chomping at the bit. Our playets are hungry enough we just have to be ready come finals time. Noah Balta has it all in front of him. CCJ will get his chance. I think we will win it all in 2020 and cement ourselves as the dominant club of this era.

I don't think we're hated by everyone just at the moment - but we are close.  One more premiership should just about do it 😂 😂

Remember the good old days when you used to say the opposite  ;D

I sometimes miss the old days when i used to do my rankings and basically id crap all over about 60% of our list. Boy have times changed and for the good. Ive been in hospital from last december and Im still a couple of weeks away from getting myself home but the Tiges have kept me going and Ill be forever grateful that i grew up in stawell street richmond and i decided to barrack for the tiges from when i was a toddler.

Not sure why anyone would question our hunger when we've been challenging for the past 3 years and reached the summit twice in that time. No doubt we'll be aiming again to peak late in the season (like in 2017 & 2019) and not repeat 2018 where we flying for most of the season but couldn't sustain it and we dipped in form in the last 6 weeks which cost us dearly in that Prelim.

ps. All the best wishes, Ramps.
