Why are we $0 on gate/membership & merchandise?

What are we hiding?

I don’t understand this crap :banghead

We are not "hiding" anything. All those numbers are taken directly from the Concise Fin reports

Club's financial reports are prepared and issued under the minimum requirements per Accounting Standards.

Which means they chose not to drill down the various revenue categories. How other clubs chose to report is up to them. But the RFC has always don't it this way and I cannot see it changing unless people (read members) ask for it and attend AGMs

Slice it and dice it how you want WP but facts are (as you stated) the club has chose not to reveal this information. Why have they chosen not to be completely transparent?
It seems like they are hiding information.

They are doing all they have to do under the law. They are not the only business in the country that doesn't "go above and beypmd"

They are being as transparent as they need to be under the law.

Understand some people think they are hiding something while others don't care.

Do I think they expand their reporting yes but unless mpre people come forward and demand it, it's not going to happen

In recent years, the Club has often lobbed the revenue generated from those two sources together in our financial report under the term "Stadium contributions and consumer products".

It only says "$0" in that table because Wookie (the guy who runs the footyindustry website) didn't have the separate figures for each. There's no mention of Collingwood's numbers for Venue/Hospitality & Merchandise either.

Think you will find Wookie has gone to each Club's website and taken the Concise statements and used that info.

Club's don't publish the full version on line (they don't have it do anything more).

But ALL members can request a copy of the full financials. I do every year and it does give more detail but still not the break up that Tigeritis is looking for.

Why are our supporters always looking for stuff thats bot necessary ie. Rance the financials. People should just enjoy the success we are having.

I agree, I only used to be interested in this stuff when we were hopeless.
