Australian Football Hall of Famer Terry Wallace has named the best ever player at each AFL club.

The Hawthorn great and former Western Bulldogs and Richmond coach picked out the one who he believes stands above the rest at the 18 current clubs.

RICHMOND - Royce Hart

“Richmond was one of the harder clubs to select.

“Kevin Bartlett has every right to be in the conversation when you look at his record.

“Dustin Martin is coming at a hundred miles an hour but I still went for Royce Hart with the 'pure' factor of the way he played his football.”

However with 5 years to go Martin might have a case to take that honour in time.

I am too young to ever have seen Royce live so I have to go with Dusty and richo close second for being an amazing highlight reel in grim times
