Will do himself a favour if he comes back in shape next year

Let’s just believe for a minute.
Reckon he can make your daughter proud.

She’s in better shape than him
Just can’t tackle like he can  :cheers :cheers :cheers

"The things that he does off the ball as well like his work rate, filling the core or doing the team things that no one really sees on the TV. He's a special player for us and does the team thing really well.

Bingo!
May have been Jason Castagnas role as well 🤫

Good analogy fumbles a lot and poor kick with a lack of polish,  but boy they both could chase hard  :whistle.

Not hard to replace either, where did we get Seth Campbell or Mansell yeah maybe pushing it a bit there.

Maurice Rioli has taken a step forward this year. He appears to be fitter and capable of sustaining his bursts for longer. When he is near the ball, good things happen for the Tigers. He booted two goals with his 14 possessions and laid four tackles.

Thought MRJ was excellent last night

Actually thought he was our best

Random question. How much or mrj’s improvement do you think is because he’s playing under Yze?

None

And if he was worse, my answer would be the same

Looking from afar - Yze is giving players a distinct role and backing them in . He’s not panicking after one poor game . Look at the block of games Dow is getting.

Yeah mat, Yze is investing in our kids & giving them opportunities.  He is riding the bumps & supporting the kids.  What else can he do?

Banks, Sonsie and Sammy Ryan say “Hi”
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
