Hardwick's post-match media conference

Dimma post-game:

* Glad to get the win.

* Just do your job once ball is bounced. Felt like a practice match walking out. Now we know what expect we can work on it.

* Carlton very good. They had the better of start of quarters. We lost the contested ball by 20.

* 8 goals given away from frees. Undisciplined at times. Dimma wanted to say something "diplomatically" about the umpiring tonight but then backed off so he didn't get fined

* Not happy. Did some things well but lost too many contests we normally win.

* Krueser and Floss going down favoured them. No obvious match-up for Astbury with Casboult going into the middle/ruck. We became a bit too tall and appeared slow.

* With the shorter quarters we did discuss pre-game whether to play two rucks.

* No update yet on Floss' concussion.

* We'll need to play scratch matches for those who didn't play tonight.

* Skeletel staff means some doing two jobs at once. It's just the situation.
