I’m hearing some key players have spat it about the $ they have lost. Selfish

Then its time to start trading them out. You cant have players playing like this because theyve had their incomes cut back due to a global pandemic.  If this is how they feel they should get out of our c lub and go play for Norf.

They shouldnt forget millions of australians have lost their jobs completely or have had hours cut and most were on low wages. These blokes are on huge salaries so takIng a cut wont kill them financially.

I also suspect the players didn’t put the work in when they weren’t playing

Unsubstantiated at this point so should not be a discussion point.

Higgins was one of our best.

Plenty of others should go before him.

I'm not overly keen on Higgins & Baker in the same side......atm I'd give Higgins the nod on form & effort....right now he's one of the few blokes who looks like he actually gives a stuff... :shh

Two premiership Tigers in for scans according to Ch 7. One of them looks like Astbury (knee) from the glimpse of vision they showed.

Astbury with a partially dislocated knee cap. Could come good but unlikely given the short turnaround and especially if there's some damage.

Caddy is the other. All they said is he has just come back from a calf complaint so I'm presuming it's another calf.

So we could have at least two forced changes which means some others out of form who should be dropped will survive again.

Hope the Tigers have depth — they'll need it. Former coach Ross Lyon loved to say players picked themselves. Richmond can't go with Sydney Stack or (probably) Josh Caddy for this week's clash against West Coast. Stack has talent, but seems to have lost his awareness.
