Dimma post-game said CCJ is in the mix.

Didn’t hear that. He only mentioned Cotch, Stack and RCD

Not sure how anyone can make a case for Rioli not being dropped??

Been our worst player all year.

I agree with you

But...

He still seems to be a favourite and right now with our injuries he won't get dropped.

And before people jump on me, yes he was dropped earlier in the year and came straight back in after what was it 1 week

Not sure Rioli is a high half forward. Doesn’t have the physicality, marking or ball winning ability to play that role. His best chance is closer to goal.

Rioli has been seriously disappointing ever since the foot injury. Just not that good

Let's hope Dimma has learnt from last year and not go small to match up on the Dogs. You need to play tall. That's why Carlton beats them.

In: Cotch, Dow
Out: Naish, Rioli

Given all our injuries there's going to be few changes and blokes getting games that wouldn't in normal circumstances.

Pretty sure he was our top tackler....though agree that his numbers were unacceptable for an on-baller.... :shh

Ch7 in the lead up to Friday night said Rioli looked sore at training. So his ordinary form may be due to playing sore. A four day turnaround isn't going to help with that. He needs a rest in any case.
