Until they determine list sizes who knows what's going to happen

But I reckon the rookie list which has served us so well is goneskis

Pickett is not a four quarter player, in the VFL finals last year he only put in one quality game the rest were a good quarter or two.

Nothing changed this year as I cant recall a game where he has put together more than a good half of football.

Can anyone confirm where Rance's money will be used? Is it tying up other players or are we in a position to get a bigger trade or FA in future? Seems odd we lost Rance and aren't being spoken about replacing that contract for something similar?
Rance coming back for another flag  :rollin

Julian DeStoop on SEN mentioned list sizes being reduced to either 40 or 42.

Doubt Miller will be delisted and if he is will likely be redrafted as a rookie -  rated highly by the coaching staff ....not to mention Tom Lynch.... :shh

Miller is very interesting.
Since joining us he has been mostly stuck at CHB learning the trade and really going nowhere.
I think he was getting a bit stale. Putting one foot forward and going back two.
Late last year he was given a few games playing in the ruck and responded well.

If the coaches do rate him it may be because of this.
Let the pressure off occasionally and just let him enjoy the game while he learns.
A contract renewal will tell the story.

First two gone:

Turner a bit stiff IMO but neither a real surprise... :shh

I would have kept Turner rather than Naish.  That latter has some deficiencies in the contested ball area that cant be fixed.

The price of reduced list sizes. English going is not a surprise given he couldn't get on the park but IMO Turner would've been kept on if list sizes had remained at 46.

So OUT: so far:

Gone:
Rance (retired)
English (delisted)
Turner (delisted)

Going:
Higgins (traded likely to the Saints)
Markov (traded likely to the Suns)

Whispers:
Broad (traded?)

IN:
Colina (B-cat. rookie)
MJR

Still a couple more to go if we need to get our list size down to 40-42 as well as trade someone in and at least use our first and second round picks in the draft aside from picking up MJR.

Delisted Richmond player Fraser Turner will try to resurrect his AFL career in the Rookie Draft or by earning his stripes in a state league interstate and not in ...

Houli a Tiger through and through

Richmond list manager Blair Hartley has confirmed that triple premiership defender Bachar Houli will remain with the Tigers next season. He told the ABC's Corbin and Ben that the deal would be ticked off once the AFL and the Players' Association agreed on the 2021 TPP position.

That review is moving slowly but surely to a resolution with the most likely scenario at this stage in the negotiations being that both parties will settle on an agreement for one year only. This would enable them to manage the uncertainty better with the AFL being very conservative in their estimates and the players steadfast in their view they have made significant sacrifices.
