David King on SEN talking about how Dimma coaches and the way we play:

* At Richmond there's a lot of trust. Dimma trusts his players to know what to do at certain times.

* Hardwick doesn't over-coach. He in fact coaches for mistakes. He coaches imperfection. Tolerates turning the ball over as long as we are good enough to get it back.

* Richmond turnover the ball between the arcs the 5th most in the AFL (on par with bottom sides), but they win it back the most in the same area. Once they turn it over, it's just manic! They force the opposition to cough it straight back and then they go again.

* It takes a brave coach to hand control onto the field. That's why Richmond have been so hard to catch. There's a trust there.
