Pleasantly surprised. Didn't see that coming given the form we were in at this time of the year. First half was still sloppy but that 3rd quarter was the first time this year we've clicked into gear. Totally made the Saints a rabble. I was worried coming into the game about us being one mid short but we smashed them in the contested footy, clearances and all over the park for that matter. Needed huge games from Bolts and Graham in the middle and they delivered. Connection between mids and forwards and our forward-half pressure was back too. Great and important win, Tiges!  .

I think we won last years final too MT 

Jack Graham was awesome future captain.
Nank was dominant
Baker was very good.
Jack is looking great.
Dusty just cruising but dominant.
Bolton and Edwards just excellent in close and clearance machines.
Cotchin was brilliant early and set the tone.
Pickett’s best game I’ve seen him play.

I think a very very even contribution from all players.

Our mids came to play.
