Dee spun around 360 in the tackle and drops the ball. Ump doesn't blow his whistle. Then there's a high arm and the ump pays too high to Casey  . They then go forward for a goal.

Making too many basic mistakes. CCJ's handball in the middle is too behind his running teammate. Turnover results in a Casey goal.
