RCD?  Has he demanded selection? He can’t even get the footy consistently regularly in the vfl good luck playing AFL.

How’d did he go vs Casey? Let me guess...... he was ok  :rollin

Is he a late bloomer? Maybe he just doesn’t have it even at vfl level.

Maybe there’s a reason he keeps getting overlooked.

Leppitsch hasn’t rated him once that I’ve heard and let’s face it Leppitsch hasn’t kept much a secret since he’s been commentating on radio.

Just listened to the VFL game review by Xavier Clarke

Very impressed with Naish this season as he has worked extremely hard on his deficiencies.

........... Not one mention of RCD  :shh

Yes, let’s pick him to play Friday night against the top team  :rollin

Suggest you have a read of The Machine's review of the VFL game seeing he was there

Not sure why you seem to have it on for the kid, it's like you want him to be a fail  :huh

RCD's an inside mid, we got smashed all day in the contest and clearances and he barely touched it...'nuff said.... :shh

According to the AFL website: "Josh Caddy, Callum Coleman-Jones, Patrick Naish and Will Martyn will be in contention for returns next week against the Dogs".

All those three were woeful....CCJ was flogged, Naish turned it over all day & Caddy was close to worst on ground... :thumbsdown

When did I ever say I want him to fail?  I’m asking the questions no one wants to ask. We all want to see him given a shot but what has he done to earn it?

I’ve watched him play about 6 games myself and granted the only game that he impressed me was the 2019 GF.

He just doesn’t get enough of the footy in the vfl and he isn’t consistent enough and obviously isn’t doing what the coaches are asking from him.

Facts are Dimma hardly mentions him at press conferences.
Leppa hasn’t mentioned him at all.
His vfl coach doesn’t mention him after the game.

How many opportunities has any young midfielder had to earn 1 game?

Last year Edwards, Prestia, Cotchin all missed chunks of games.
This year more opportunities.
Dimma was asked about him at the press conference after the game and what was his response?

I'm advocating for an RCD debut because the WB midfield is big and we will be undersized without dusty and prestia. Cotchin not influencing games much either.

CCJ was much better once moved away from FF. He lost his position on the day as Daw was simply too strong and good. CCJ got his possessions around the ground mainly playing a kick behind the play. Naish turned it over a few times like all players :shh Caddy started well and then became frustrated as it is not easy playing with VFL listed players who struggle with our structures and take the wrong option on many occasions. He was getting frustrated with Chol and rightly so.

As for RCD, he couldn't get outside the contest as we needed him inside. They monstered us all day all over the ground. He was better than Martyn on the day in my book.

The lose of our only tall back in Miller early hurt us immeasurably. I will say you see the whole game watching live as appose to a stream.

Aarts has to go surely. Nice guy but not up to AFL standard. I have been saying it for weeks. He is a VFL player only.

Naish must come in in my opinion as he has been our best VFL player all year so far. Naish has dominated games but still overlooked. It's time to bring in Stack or Rioli junior even if only half fit.

Either would still be better then the Jake Aarts witches hat. To see him get out run by Gawn stamped his papers for mine.
