Need some way to go to close to breaking even in the middle for us to win tonight. Nank is going to have to have the better of Stefan Martin to upset the Dogs stoppage set-ups. We can't allow Macrae to waltz around freely either. Hopefully being the underdog and the hunter tonight brings 4 quarters of greater intensity, team pressure and tackling.

Also can our forwards play in front tonight with our small forwards front and square to apply forward pressure so the Dogs HBs don't just easily rebound from the front/defensive side of contests like we allowed Melbourne to do last week  .

I'm guessing Astbury will get Bruce while Balta gets Naughton. The latter is the Dogs' classier marking target threat up forward. We've been burnt by Naughton one before.

You can handle being beaten by a better side but not when we stuff up the basics. Missing goals at our end and then allowing uncontested marks and soft goals in their F50  .
