Which uncontracted guns can Tigers afford to keep?

Shai Bolton is priority 1A for Richmond’s list management team but two young talls are rocketing up the list after impressing in an exciting win against Essendon.

Mick McGuane: Over-30s who won’t be at your club in 2022

As for their list calls, Houli has been a superb player but does he want it enough to keep going?
Is Riewoldt prepared to go around again?
Edwards should play on, and ditto Astbury and Grimes.
Dusty as captain? Mick McGuanes believes it's the right call.

I think people forget that apart from the Swans game, Georgie had a solid first 5 rounds where he kicked 9 or 10 goals and averaged 14 touches. Apart from GWS and last night, he’s had a shocker since then.
At his best, he’s bloody important to our forward structure - particularly given Dan Rioli’s fall from grace.
His numbers aren’t a ton different to Jakey Aarts, if we’re going to be trading or delisting a small forward, it should be Dan Rioli
Really am bamboozled by this. How do people rate this shizen player. Castagna is terrible and should be at the top of the list.

Your right about Aarts he just lack polish but fmd when it comes to skills he is a rolls royce compared to Castagna.

What happens when the oldies realise there will be no more finals in the near future? I tell you what happens they retire they have been there done it all and if they are not playing finals or for premierships why would they in their 30's put themselves thru the rigours of pre seasons declining form and increasing injuries.

At some stage people have to acknowledge this they also have to acknowledge that the end is nigh if it is not already.Cmon people the blokes who have carried this side are not getting younger they are actually getting older and are in decline.

With out looking at any kids i reckon we could cut 14 along with retirements depending on hunger. We need to have a rebuild mind set.

A question what are the odds on GCS actually having a win?

Even a player like McIntosh looks done. Trade him? Pickett never rated him myself Id trade him out as well.

 :lol. Let’s delist 20.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

I have concerns with these draft picks, anyone want to guess what they are?

Here's a few clues. Higgins, C. Ellis, Lennon, RCD, Coleman-Jones, Rioli, a bid on Carlton spud Kennedy....

We don't nail many of our early picks in recent times. We'd be better off trading them for rookie picks.
And you may not think I care for you

Have to bring in 6 kids. They may not all succeed but we can get 3 x 200 gamers of the 6 then weve had a good draft.

LOL. Geez, didn’t know that a bloke who wanted out and is getting a regular game at the Saints, a three time premiership small forward, a bloke who has played 7 AFL games showing some strong signs and another tall whose played 6 games and until 2 games ago was a must re-sign guy was apparently failing to nail early picks.

And somehow bidding (which is often more strategic then anything else) is reflective of recruiting Capabilities. But hey, if that’s the case let’s conveniently forget we placed bids on both Eric Hipwood (the very next bid after Kennedy) and Jack Steele.

We will also just ignore Bolton and Balta selection in there as well.

Nothing like two bad games to bring out the negative narrative.
