Justin Leppitsch has become the latest figure to rule themselves out of Carlton’s search for a new senior coach.

Carlton officials approached Collingwood to learn more about the Pies’ process that culminated in Craig McRae’s appointment as head coach.

Cain Liddle is gonski.

It is believed Liddle gave Sayers an ultimatum early this week, to "back me or sack me", after it had become obvious that Sayers had made approaches to departing Geelong CEO Brian Cook.

Liddle did a great job at carlton took them from 40,000 members to 80,000 members. Id get him back to Richmond in a membership management role.

SEN running with the rumour (via txt) that Don Pyke will be Carlton's next coach.

Tom Elliott on 3aw said the new coach will be announced next week and it's someone who has coached before.

Poisoned chalice it seems, too much infighting. Who would want to take it.

Brad Scott is set to take up a senior footy role with the AFL, which means he certainly won’t be coaching the Blues.

Carlton has appointed former Brisbane champion Michael Voss as its new senior coach.

players today coming out saying its okay we dont make finals. :lol :lol Who is this mob kidding? lose this week and Pies it may be goodbye Voss the Boss.

i also think the CFC should review the position of its president Luke Sayers.

Not suggesting he did anything wrong, though how can a sitting president be allowed to continue especially one that was CEO of PWC when these issues occurred.

Then again its the AFL so play on.

The Blues have loaded up their list and salary cap for the now. No way will failing to make finals again be acceptable to their supporter base. Lose to the Dogs tonight and drop out of the Eight and the proverbial will hit the fan. Given their draw over the next month even we could overtake them in the next week or two as we're only one win behind them now.

Blues fans on the radio wanting everyone from their Board down sacked and saying they're burning their memberships and that they won't go to another game. Priceless! :lol

They are a basketcase. It may prove Voss is just not a good coach, or it’s a poisoned chalice. Either way it’s funny to see as I suspect it’s the latter.

I am going to next weeks game with a few friends who go for both pee and Carlton. I sink to provide a running commentary of what I see from their great supporter base as pies will surely defeat them.

Also we are one game out of the 8 should saints hear crows.
