Castagna a 25 yo triple premiership player, could you get a late 2nd rounder?

We are missing Nank big time around the stoppages. While Chol was ok around the ground tonight, we were smashed in the centre and at stoppages - Nank might not win every tap but he makes them earn it at ground level. Chol does nothing for us once the ball hits the ground in terms of presence and aggression.

Chol was crap around the ground and was crap all night. Took one or two marks in the last but he is simply way too soft to play at the highest level. Was thrashed by a small part time ruckman- embarrassing really

You cannot win games when players are lazy. The numbers don't lie. Nobody wants to get their hands dirty anymore.

Amazing achievement and one he should be very proud of, however he needs to be dropped then traded out. Thanks George but this year has confirmed it for me.

No need to spit the dummy here people.

We have had a blessed run. Best four years of my life.

It’s very hard to stay at the top for more than five years.  Yes, the cliff has come quicker than expected but it was always gonna come.

Time to regenerate the list and go again in  a few years.

Those 2 should hang their head in shame after tonight. The 2 most softest efforts I've seen along with Naish who I hope I never see again after this year.

It took them 15 mins into the last quarter to actually do something.

It doesn't matter the team but when you have so many players out of form like we do you are not going to win many games

Throw in the injuries and you are ...well...ummmm.... stuffed

The flow on from being out of form is that at crucial times you have brainfades

Don't get me wrong I'm bloody disappointed with tonight, we reaped what we sowed in the last 10 minutes

But if we have to have this horror season after 3 flags in 4 years then I'll take it

Not going to enjoy it by any stretch but will keep going and supporting

But will say some tough decisions need to be made

Agree WP though the soft efforts make me sick. Seen houli pull out twice in front of me. Can handle it if you tried your guts fine,  but the soft efforts I saw tonight belong in the gutter.

What was it 25 tackles in the first half?

If Geelong, Melbourne and Carlton all win we'll still be in the eight.... :santa

I could not be more disappointed in our talks as i am tonight. Everyone of them is being monstered by smaller opponents. It's absolutely pathetic!
Chol is hopeless
CCJ is hopeless
Astbury need to finish up after a stellar career
Houli the same
Cotchin almost the same

Where have we gone? Gee we miss Nank as Chol and CCJ are just weak.
You forgot the rest of the team
We are satisfied and the newbies stuff me
Chol stuffing useless
Bank is the heart of our team

Always hesitate to blame the green maggots but they were the worst I’ve seen tonight
All we. Can blame is  ourselves in the end
I just don’t know ??????

From 'First Crack' (Ben Dixon, Gerald Healy and Nick Dal Santo on Fox Footy):

Zones scored from:

                               Rich          GC
Defensive half:         7.5-47     2.7-19
Centre clearances:    0.0-0       1.4-10
Forward half:            3.2-20     7.6-48

* Last night Richmond regularly had to try and score starting from our defence and work their way through the whole opposition which is difficult.

* Our forward half game of previous years has vanished.

* Dal Santo added that Dimma mentioned a lack of confidence. It wasn't confidence; it was a lack of effort. When Richmond was defending well there was a symmetry to it all. Not any more. They're isolated and only one man comes up to defend.
