Jumper sponsor changing / NIB on front of jumper [confirmed]

Richmond and Jeep could potentially end one of the stranger contracts in modern times

Originally signed up because the Aus Head of Jeep was a mad Tiger, he left and the new guy knew sweet fu** all about AFL and wanted to pull it, but sort of kept at it because we had established a partnership and then we won 2017, didn't do a great deal of cross over work until about 3 weeks ago with a Jeep anniversary.

As far as I know no one knows when it was extended to, there is a lot of guess work - so potentially watch this space, or don't...

Yes it looks like a "lap of honour" around recent Club digital promotion re Jeep. Could there be some movement of an existing sponsor to a more prominent asset?

our jumper is going to look like a dogs breakfest next year with the blue latitude logo replacing jeep who won't be renewing on the sash

Just on the this

TheGas80, is basing their tweet on what is appearing on Big Footy.

I read the entire Big Footy. It is an interesting read  ;)...  I don't know anything and we need to see what the Club announces but will be sad if true.

All sponsorship deals are tied to the AFL industry's financial year being 1 November to 31 October each year.

So we will know sooner rather than later

Kiwi tiger is pretty credible and a good guy
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yep, agree Kiwi Tiger is a terrific guy and credible

So I do lean towards to believing it. But will still cool my jets until it's confirmed by the Club

And if it ends up being true, dreading the Latitude royal blue and white logo appearing on our yellow sash :-\ big bucks or not

One part of the rumour confirmed.

After eleven years, the Richmond and Jeep partnership will finish at the end of October.

Pretty sure I read they were changing the colour of the logo to black on a white background for the Jumper

They dont need the square border. Just do the logo and lettering in black on the yellow sash. Itll look good.

Ghastly!

They dont need the square border. Just do the logo and lettering in black on the yellow sash. Itll look good.

Latitude won't agree to that.

Club had to change how their logo was presented on the shorts after 5 or six rounds, this season.

It was originally white on our black home shorts (which looked great) and blue on the white away shorts, they didn't like it so it got changed...

Pretty sure I read they were changing the colour of the logo to black on a white background for the Jumper

Hope this is true. Not sold on it but it would be better than they Royal blue and white thing

The place where that is should be reserved for the club badge.

From KiwiTiger on BF:

"Who says they [Latitude] are on the front?"

"Sometimes the school kids at the back of the bus move to the front as they get older."

Don’t mind it at all. I think it looks 100 times better than the latitude logo.
