Made some costly poor decisions in the last and copped a htb that was there but London to a brick we wouldn't have got had the roles been reversed... but kept coming back for more and could've still won us the game but for a couple of Aints fingernails - stayed involved when the whips were cracking...must persist and get 50 into him asap....more class than arse.... :shh

Yup couldn’t do much with the htb, pretty much picked it up and got tackled after 1-2 steps at full pace.

Had a couple of poor efforts nearer to the end, 1 where he didn’t go in hard enough and another where he handballed it straight to the saints player.

I think there is a seriously good player there. Needs to be in the side all year and atleast give him some midfield minutes.

He’s out of position due to injuries. Was at FF at times

Agree, reckon he's down there because he had footy smarts. Good footy smarts

Yep, thought the attempted underground handball to Dusty was a shocking decision but at the same time understand why he tried it.

Need him to keep him in the team and let him develop. Too much upside to have him stagnate in the VFL

He shows plenty of footy smarts and skill IMO.

His goal was a ripper.

Need to find the right spot for him which I personally think is the Lambert HF role.

Have to say I'm really starting to feel for this kid.

Not convinced he's been played in the right position

In the VFL he plays mid

In AFL it's HF

His kicking (taking out set shots for goal ;D) is elite compared to some of his team mates

Would like to see him in the middle a bit more, as the outside clearance go to player

Him & Brown are by far the two best kicks in the side...,,be nice if we had blokes who are good kicks and consistently hard at it...but that seems to be a rare thing in general...both raging bulls compared to Shortsteps & WhiteJON Dow though.... :shh

Losing confidence that he will make it. Not so much because of his ability, which to be fair could be a contributing but moreso due to a lack of opportunity in the midfield. If he’s not even getting the opportunity to rotate through there in a game where we pretty much only had dow, Graham, baker and mcauliffe, how’s he gonna go when Prestia, TT, Hopper and Bolton are also all fit at the same time?

100% a bust. Naish and Corey Ellis were harder at the ball.

He's another effectively being punished for his versatility and -in his particular case- Dow's lack of it... :shh

When TT and Hopper are back, I would use him in the mid rotations as this is his position. Using him off HBF might be an option due to his kicking but we have multiple flankers in the team already. Stick him in the guts and see what happens.
