as someone else said the lack of structure even with Soldo in the team is not great.
Dont know much about the VFL players but looking at the team and their profiles then i Reckon Street and Lefau play fwd. at 195/96 Lefau is a good size and street who is a bit of a utility at 189cm stops the fwd half being the land of the
midgets.
Young is a defender at 196/92 helps with the structure down back and Davies is listed as a defender at 188 should give a third tall type option.
What amases me is 15 of the listed VFL players are smalls. How hard does that make it to pick sides with size and structure given we have few big s and talls ourselves.

Slight breeze to the Brunton Ave end. Footscray have it in the 1st qtr.
Soldo, Aarts, RCD & Sonsie the starting mid.
Goal to the Dogs after one minute.

Maurice in at the second centre bounce. So he's playing midfield today.
So far we are fumbling and slipping over
.
No sign of Lambert yet. Starting on the bench apparently.

Doggies kick in defence doesn't travel 15m and they turn it over but Maurice sprays the shot on the run from 40 and it trickles out of bounds.
We get it back and it's a free to Aarts 45m out. Goal!
Rich 1.0-6
Foot 1.1-7
Lambert and Stack now on the ground.

Bad turnover again by the Dogs in defence but Maurice again sprays a shot on the run from 30 out and hits the point post. OOTF!

Must have been training for a possession style game but Biggy turns it over under zero pressure. Goal them.

Bad turnover by Biggie in the centre (under no pressure kicked it straight to the single Bulldog) and gifts them a goal

Biggy another turnover off a behind.
Not sure what he's trying to do today.

Samson is slow as treacle. Can't get near the fall of the ball.
Another goal to them.

LOL. Samson finally actually gets to the ball just as I typed the above. Lambert to Ryan on the lead who marks. Goal!

Sonsie is too good for this level. Great left foot kick from half back sets up a goal to Ryan. He may be slow but he's a great kick for goal.
