We have the JDF. It exists, its there everyone contributes but really pushing it and giving the foundation a proper leadership that can get out and market it to fans has always been missing, maybe making her the chair of the JDF and giving it a proper board with a couple of ambassadors ie. Ash Barty for one can give it a push along especially now that we need to raise millions of dollars.
