Edwards should be our indigenous player support and recruiter.

Lambert development coach.

Dusty trade, offloading his $1.3kk would be as good as bringing in an A grade player in itself. Won't get much for him the way he's playing if another club pays that wage.

The equation is easy for me are we winning flags with the group. The answer is a big no for me.

How about this equation - did you see us winning three flags at the end of 2016?....

If the answer is "no," then maybe you're not the oracle of list builds and you should leave it to the pros.

MEEEOOOOWWWWW  tsk tsk tsk We do get touchy when reality is spoken.

Maybe if we arent allowed our opinion we just shut the site down.

No one saw 2017 coming even Hardwick went within a whisker of the chop unlike his assistants. It took a huge challenge to the incumbents a comprehensive review of the footy dept and a massive clean out of people to get their heads out of their arses.

Unlike 2017 where we had a very good core group in their prime that core group is showing all the signs of regression and very few have come thru to take up the slack. A freakin blind man can see we are not winning anymore flags with the group. Mother time and a lack of top end talent coming in will see to that it happens with every club. Smart people and clubs see it early and do something about it dumb people live in the past and wallow in what is now past glories.

We actually pay em to know when we have to rebuild to know when past champs are past it and make the right calls.
Not unless a pile of kids MAGICALLY take big steps up. That wont happen though we mostly  dont play kids unless injuries happen.

Its anyones flag this season. The side that is up and running on top of the ground and has the least injuries will win the flag.
