Love ya Jack but your finished mate.  Should have been dragged for that 50.

Our defence is uncompetitive. It’s not just the total scores we give up but the frequency at which we concede per inside 50 doesn’t set the foundation to win many games. Easily the worst performing of the 3 lines we have and yet some want to take every chance they can get to throw teague under the bus.

Our defence is in strife. Grimes looks old and Vlastuin seems disinterested. Tarrant is 34yo. Weve got massive issues in defence.

We have fallen off a cliff in terms of our list. We arent winning a flag anytime soon imho. It should be draft, draft, draft, for the next couple of years with a new coach at the helm.

That’s all well and good but again how does trading Bolton help us in the short or long term. You would have to hit on both of the first round picks that we can supposedly get to win that trade which is by no means a given. I get when teams trade players in their late 20s to fast track a rebuild because it isn’t likely they’ll be around when the team comes good again. Shai is 23/24, even if we go on a full on 5 year rebuild, he’ll still be in his prime at the end of it.

To think the significance of the day for an absolute champion of our Club and we dish up this tripe

Game was over when the team list dropped on Friday and was confirmed 16 minutes into the first.

You guys talking about trading Bolton like he is in his late 20s.

Exactly what is the purpose of trading one of the genuine gun young players we have? Even if we get 2 first rounders, what is the actual likelihood we get a player as good as Bolton with one of those picks. Why stop at Bolton, let’s trade baker and balta while we’re at it.

I don't think Bolton is the type of player that will play 250+ games. I don't think he gets much better and his currency is at the highest it can get  yet I can see him falling away and being non AFL standard before 30. I think the difference from his best and worst is far too big. I think he is the type of player that is cream on top and the momentvwr have no foundation.

Give me a pick in top 8 and pick in top 20 for him and we combine that to have another tilt in a few years.

He's an enormous talent Shai but he's value is wasted on us now. Where as equivalent value in draft picks can benefit us when we are competitive.

What 50 against Jack?

50 near our goal square was against Balta

Half the team are just passengers. Nankervis shocking again.... No leadership they need to change the captains asap.

Says a lot that Sonsie and Cumberland have been our two most affective players. Cubs showing up more experienced Tigers.

We've reverted to a bottom 4 side. Smashed in the contested footy (hello team selection  ::) ) and getting burnt by our poor skills and decision making.

Fair enough then, thought it was him.  Still a stupid obvious throw by Jack.

Wish this wasn't my first post - hello all.

I'm just very glad that we have young Beaker (OK, Noah C. ;)), and I've been waiting to see Sonsie and so far he's held his own. Trying to look at posititives...

Seriously, why have we become so sloppy of late?

Our defence is under siege because our midfield and forward line don't do there job ball is coming in so easy Blind Freddy can see that.
