I've got no idea what Ferguson is doing with the side. It just looks disorganised with low percentage options. Like we're hoping to create something out of nothing or relying on the class of Conti to save the day.

We sacked our first coach but at least with Tom Hunter you could see the plan. Now I'm just confused. He's trying to get them to play like the men's team and we don't have enough Contis, Brennan's, McKenzies and Hoskings for that

That play inside our forward line 15m out just then is a perfect example. A clear plan would have us set up with teammate behind the ball in the clear inside F50 to quickly pass to and mark for a set shot on goal. Better than this rugby-like scrap of just trying to burst through, getting nowhere and not scoring from multiple aimless possessions.

I may be being harsh but it annoys me when we pass off the ball within what should be kicking distance at AFLW level (<35m directly in front).
