Dimma may play it safe and go with another mid in Ross as the sub but I'm guessing Maurice will get the gig. If the forward line isn't functioning again then one or more of Dusty, Bolts and Sonsie can revert to mids and Maurice can come on and add a different mix to the forward line.

Our team doesn't look all that bad if I'm being honest

Yes Lynch is a huge out

But the rest of the side looks OK.

Agree WP. Helps that the Swans backline has been weakened. Cumberland apparently will be the 2nd tall according to Dimma.

The biggest threat to us is Ladhams. If he dominates the ruck and feeds the Swans' mids, we'll be in trouble. If Samson and Miller can at least nullify his influence and we can get enough ball inside 50 then we can exploit the Swans.

Yes, and maybe  noone to bring it to ground in the forward line as we are very small unless the 2nd ruckman is played forward

Yep. Samson and Miller will have to rotate between ruck and forward line.

I have no problem with that

It shouldn't matter if Ladhams dominates as long as our mids read it and set up to counter it.

Nank easily won and dominated last week and it made zero difference, we got smashed. I'm actually hoping Nank not being there actually gives us an advantage in clearances or at least nullifying the impact

The Swans back line has been more than “weakened”. It’s been decimated.

Lynch would have a day out if he was playing.

Hopefully the remaining players can take advantage.

Would Biggie have gotten a game if available?

No, one of the few AFL listed players playing in tonight's VFL game

In my view yes. it would have been the perfect game to bring him in. Rotten luck with injury.
