Make a statement.
Drop Cotchin, Martin, Grimes, Miller, Soldo (for the coach killer)
In Graham, Prestia, Bauer. Dow, Biggy

INS: Graham, Prestia, Bauer

OUTS: Young, Miller, Cotchin (managed), Clarke (sub)

Think Sonsie and Ross get another game. Ditto Soldo

The Soldo straight back with no VFL time and we will manage his minutes was a disaster

Sonsie has been dropped for far better games than what he produced today. Can’t imagine we’ll see him at afl level for a few weeks after today.

I know he had a poor game up to being subbed but we are going about it wrong.
It is incumbent on the coaching staff to find a way to get these kids into games. Not just pee em off because for starters we play em out of position and they struggle.
What was the point. Plenty of the seniors were deplorable and it just smacks of blaming the kid real easy to pee the kid off rather than have a go at a shizen favorite.
To me this smacks of the club attiude for ages now.

We are not winning a flag this year a blind man can see it. So encourage the kids play them in their best roles and start weeding out those who are past their used by date. That would be reality but at the RFC  we dont often deal with reality well.

I tend to think its time we had another independent revue of the footy dept.

How on earth we could drum this loss up to guys like Sonsie or Soldo is laughable. A 20yo with 10 games and a ruck who has played FA for the whole year and goes straight back to the top level against Witts lmao.

Out:
Clarke - not ready, needs to bulk up
Miller - putrid
Cotchin - retire

In
Prestia
Graham
Dow

Young is lucky to be out there but clearly Tarrant is finished and when Gibcus comes back he'll go in for Young.

One of the concerns I took out of today's presser was Dimma suggesting Graham is still 1 to 3 weeks away and Gibcus longer. He then said something about Graham maybe playing a half in the VFL next week

Seriously? Is the left not telling the right what's going on in the footy dept

Broad Balta Grimes
Rioli Biggie Baker
Pickett Taranto McIntosh
Riewoldt Bauer Martin
Cumberland Ryan Mansell
Soldo Bolton Prestia
Short Hopper Dow Ross sub: Sonsie

This will not even be close to what takes the field Saturday but a few players left out are in horrible form and need a spell.

Lol, how about some of these young blokes come in and have a red hot crack instead of running around like a frightened show pony getting a bath from Bellis. They need to seize the opportunity, not wait for some coach to give them a kick. Bluddy well seize the opportunity with both hands!
