THE TEAMS UNDER THE MOST PRESSURE HEADING INTO ROUND 17

SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the teams under the most pressure heading into Round 17.

3 & 4 – Sydney & Richmond

“It’s hard to split these two given tonight’s game is an elimination final, Sydney and Richmond. Maybe it’s Sydney at three, expected to make the finals after the Grand Final last year, Richmond is having a reset year.

“Three very recent flags in the bank and a new coach with his L plates on, even though at the start of the year when they recruited Jacob Hopper and Tim Taranto it was meant to be a year in contention, but if it’s a rest year, it’s a reset year.

“I think Richmond are not going to fall off the cliff but they are searching for a new coach, so I think Sydney’s probably under more pressure to get the win tonight. But it’s a tight one.”

So unfortunate. You just know he won’t get picked again any time soon
