I mean I know its a nothing game and just celebrating the retirements but seriously ?
wtf kind of message is that to bauer and coulthard? Drop graham or Pickett or Kmac. In what world do the young guys in desperate need of game time get dropped ?

I'd say Coulthard & Bauer are required in the VFL this week as we need to win that to secure the wild card spot - you would at least that's the reasoning anyway. :shh

Slowmo & Machine Man keeping their spots is hopefully just to maintain the trade value of the first two otherwise it's laughable as is the continued selection of K-Hack. :facepalm

EDIT: Problem is if  the VFL side qualifies for the wild card final at least two kids won't be playing in it as they'll come in for Cotch & Jack next week or is there yet another bye before the VFL finals? :huh

EDit 2: VFL Wild Card Round is next weekend so the conundrum remains. :shh

I suspected they would name the regulars as they’d wanna play in the game to see off the champs. Can’t really blame them tbh. I would have been a lot more peeved if they didn’t bring in 6+ of the kids for round the final round but then dio mentioned vfl finals starting next week and I can see them prioritising that tbh.

I think it's diabolical that Bauer has been dropped but oh well.

Guess it's not about winning or developing this week...

Honestly who gives a toss about the VFL.
1 VFL game is worth 10 AFL games.

I get why people are agitated, perplexed etc

But end of the day this week is about farewelling 2 legends of our Club and trying to get a win

So...

Not going to bag or criticise the selections.

More interested is seeing what they do for the final round

Lol you do get sick if you drink bath water for long enough. Without a doubt they have taken their eyes off the ball and it can only be down to the bath water..
