Swapped pick 27 + F2 for North's F1.

Could have two picks in the top 5 next year  :thumbsup.

Did we pick a single Aboriginal player? You would hope we would rookie some kids that the Korin Gamadji academy might  identify at least.

Bloody hell. What a roller coaster.

2 bolters and 2 bargains.

Very happy with Lalor and Smillie.
Thought we went early on Hotton but reality probably is he would have been snapped up. Faull I don't agree with the pick and wanted Armstrong but the fact we got him in the 20s probably cancels out.
Trainor was a huge surprise and reckon really clever pick. Gibcus, Trainor and Balta down back is lovely.

Norths first rounders for Whitlock and our 2nd rounder next year is insanely good. Thank you very much.

Shanahan and Gross on table for first pick tomorrow or maybe someone else comes with their F1 pick for our next pick and we are set for next year.

Wonderful draftees. I can't recall a better draft. Needed a bit of luck, mainly thanks to Swans, Giants and Dees. Well done Tiges.
Go Tigers!

The KGI is not our Next Gen Academy

It is predominantly educational institute that develops young indigenous kids in leadership and education

Not sure why you think it is part of our next gen Academy

Really happy. Cleaned up big time.

Got the best mid.

Total 2 big midfielders.

1 small mid - Hotton probably the one I'm not sure about.

Possibly the best or at least one of the best key defenders in Trainor.

And possibly the best 2 key forwards in Armstrong and Faull.

Secured another likely top 5 pick for 2025.

I wonder now if we should use P28 on a development ruck? Would round out our major 'needs' nicely I think. Really need to rookie another mature ruck (not someone injury prone like the last one).

I think we need to be mindful of the strain on development. I wouldn't draft a ruck. Id leave ruck list management to trading mature ages in or FA. Id rather us pour resources into developing our mids and key forwards.

Or how about we just pick players based on football ability and not racial identity? :shh

what a joke the draft coverage is

fancy having to sit through nearly 5 minutes of nothing between bids

becomes a bigger joke after young Sam admitted he knew on Monday he was going to be pick 1 ::)

FFS You are starting to sound like Dio. Just enjoy the night. .
