Changes for Next Week -v- Carlton
« on: March 10, 2024, 10:22:33 AM »
We're expecting Nank , Dusty and Lynch back

So who makes way for them?

Can you drop 15-18 in one hit? ;D

We all know the cliff has come for Grimes - some time ago .

However after yesterday’s momentum killing brain fade - I would much prefer they play a kid in his place .

The time has come .

Agree. There is no point playing guys like Grimes right now. Just get games into Brown.

To be fair he probably assumed he'd get away with it after his opponent did just a few moments earlier - if anything the brain fade was that in making this assumption he clearly forgot he was playing for Richmond.... :shh

If Miller not injured bring him in to man one of the Carlton talls. Bring in Brown. Tresize and Cumberland.  Need to make a statement regarding who gets dropped. Time to invest in youth.

We need pace and blokes who can stick tackles - Lefau provides both of these things while Clarke & Coulthard at least provide the former...and are good kicks....  :shh

Agreed. Kicking was unbelievably bad. Lefau will at least make defenders rush disposal.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
