Ridiculous. Everyone was buying graham stock after his first season, the 2017 granny, and for 2-3 seasons after that. Understand the deficiencies in his game have become much more obvious as the team has gotten worse but let’s not try to rewrite history and pretend Graham is just some scrub who never showed any promise.
Go have a look at the first few pages on the jack graham thread, I’d safely bet that you’ll find people were clamouring for him to debut because he was showing he was too good for the vfl.
Graham had to wait until the last couple of rounds of season 2017, mcauliffe is in after 3 rounds. Granted it was a much much tougher team to break into back then.
