Prez's speech:

- We're 100% behind Yze, Hartley and Livingstone. They'll be give the "clean air" needed.

- Praised Steve Morris for the job with our VFL team and his "promotion" to assistant coach in our AFL program.

- Singled out Nathan Broad for special mention.

- We're going to innovate. Put our members and fans first. With our onfield struggles we need you more than ever.

- Thanked Dusty, Grimes, Marlion, Benny Gale, Balmey.

Nank's speech:

- Asked how to get the team motivated when a season has more losses than wins. Nank replied not too hard to get motivated to play for Richmond and the Tiger Army.

- Yze has set the "growth areas" we need to focus on. Such as consistency over 4 quarters. We've shown our gameplan stacks up against the best sides for a couple of quarters. Need to play consistently over 4 quarters.

- We are where we are. Off-season a chance to reflect and refresh. Come back mid-November and be ready to go.

- Didn't mention any names but thanked the players leaving.

- Watching finals there's a stinging feeling to get better in 2025.

Yze's speech:

- A couple of players got ill and some were in hospital after a trip to Thailand. The coach mentioned Ben Miller.

- Wasn't the season he hoped for when compared to what he said when he was appointed. However, there is a silver lining as growth comes out of adversity.

- Thanked the partners and families of the players. Got the players to stand up and give a thank you applause to them and Tiger supporters.

- Put up a slide with M.Rioli, Mansell, Campbell, Brown, Hugo, Dow, Sonsie, Banks, Ryan, Miller. Said they were asked to take on more responsibility this year. They will benefit from that experience. It takes time to become an AFL player.

- Excited to get Gibcus and Young.

- Put up another slide with the likes of Lefau, McAuliffe, Clarke, Gray, etc as the next group to get games into.

- Things can turn around more quickly than you expect.

I think Yze meant they had been sick/in hospital after the Thailand trip but they are better now.

Right thanks for clearing that up. Yze needs a big off season of media training. His lack of charisma is very uninspiring

Not sure what the total is so far (up to Round 7) in the JDM but as a guess it looked like Bolton had the most from the individual round by round votes up. He got a few maximum 5 votes.
