1. There's a difference between getting rid of a premiership player vs recruiting a delisted bloke from another club. I think we have an obligation to 'work with' a guy like Broad vs bring someone like Fahey in. I'd say the same about E Hollands and his supposed issues.
2. Graham did nothing of the sort at Richmond, copped his whack elsewhere, see #1 above.
3. Dusty, what for? The chopstick allegations that were dropped? Also see #1.
Agree on the overreaction .. basically labeling a guy an f-wit and indicating he’d be a bad guy to have around the club
He might be a good bloke .. he MIGHT be all the above that Andyy has indicated .. but one incident at a team event where he wasn’t the only player involved .. talk about over the top reactions
Stuffing around on the pee with teammates with a blow up doll is far less serious than the photo circulated without permission after the 2017 GF
Yeah I think it's F-wit behaviour, making a joke about raping women, it was less than a year ago and I don't think it's worth the risk at this stage of our rebuild tbbh.
Agree one incident won't make or break him for life, but again - don't see the point taking the risk at face value, personally.
As for the photo vs rape joke, I don't see the relevance and it's a point of opinion also. We could argue that the photo incident was worse than Graham calling someone a bundle of sticks, blah blah blah.
At the end of the day there's the two of you suggesting that making a joke about a girl being raped (in a real, non-hypothetical case) isn't a big deal and maybe what...we should bring this kid into the club during a rebuild after he got delisted? I'd rather not.
