Members' Survey
« on: June 25, 2004, 04:20:02 PM »
Shortly, the Richmond Football Club will be conducting a member's survey.

The survey will be conducted online and participants will be notified by email. The survey can
be completed by answering the questions directly within the email or alternatively participants
can click on a link and be directed to the survey website.

Your views will help us serve you better in the future. As a sign of our appreciation all
members who complete the survey will go into a draw to win signed merchandise from the club.

Yours sincerely,

Trent Jacobs

Well i won't be doing one again - i did this last year and look what happened.  OUr club imploded in every area.
I would suggest they don't do a stupid bloody survey and just used their instincts - surely they'd know that everyone thinks they suck!

I remember doing a membership one on the telephone once where they wanted our opinions on Ton Up.  Bagged the crap out of the membership lady in charge knowing fully well she was organising the survey.  I guess my survey got put in the bin, cos the bag was there the following year lol.  She gone now but  ;D

No, "N" lol
If you mean Barb - she was next on my list lol
No, at least with Michelin Woman Barb you knew where you stood - she was always grumpy and didn't pretend otherwise.
Actually liked Barb.

The only problem with this survey is that a lot of our members cant complete it as they wouldnt have access to or even know how to use the net.

Its obviously ok for us, but doesnt cover enough of the membership base

Didn't anybody get an email about filling out the survey today? Anyone fill it out yet. Must admit it's the only survey I have ever filled out.

lol @ questions about rating the team and admin. I think we can guess what average score out of 10 these two areas will get  :-\  ;D. Poor Trent Jacobs!

Not sure why they bothered with the section relating to team performance, etc.  I think they could have taken a ball park guess on members' views on that one and got within range of the right answer. :-\  ;D

Glad to see there is a further comments box this time round.

I wonder how many crates of the sponsor's products (Carlton Draught & De Bortolli) are on hand for the reading session of Boogie's rants ;D
