Street to HF where Girolami marks just outside 50. Goes to the hot spot and Pollocks crumbs a goal off the pack  :gotigers

Yep, bigger across the shoulders but not huge in the legs. Still quick off the mark :clapping

I think it's all about conditioning  :shh  ;D

Free to Girolami (held) in the contest 30 out. Goal!  :gotigers

Rich  8.5-53
Wer   2.2-14

We've only been forward twice this quarter and kicks goals both times. In general play it's been in Werribee's forward half for most of the quarter.

Phillips misses from 40 out.

We get it back from the kick in. Wilson to the goalsquare and Toner outbodies his direct opponent and kicks the goal  :gotigers

Goals: Armstrong 2, Wilson, Raso, Pollocks, Ferguson, Hanson, Girolami, Toner.

Not sure how strong the breeze is but our tactics that quarter despite being 40 points up seemed to be to flood back and prevents goals while hoping to get them out the back on the counter. The big Werribee ruckman dominated and the ball spent most of the quarter in our back half.

If you went on the stats alone, you would think we were behind on the scoreboard. We've just been very efficient with 15 scoring shots from just 22 inside 50s.

Stats to HT:

Blight      11 disposals
Armstrong 9
Gibcus      6

Scott  14 disposals our leading ballgetter.
Street, Wilson, Garner & newbie Phillips all with 11.

Disposals   157 - 173
Marks         24 - 34
Tackles       51 - 31
Clearances  23 - 29
Inside 50s   22 - 29 ..... ( 5 - 16 that 2nd qtr )
Hitouts        16 - 43
Frees          12 - 17

Bit of a breeze going to the right of screen

Have to say sitting in the stand don’t notice it

Thanks WP.

Yeah it doesn't appear to be that strong looking at the flight of the ball although favouring right of screen.
