They also said in the email i received that Dreamtime at the G was going to be fully ticketed as well

So for people like me (Club XIII) who don't have a designated seat but designated bays we will have to go online and organise a seat  :banghead

Round 1 v Carlton declared fully ticketed match: All the details

With just 23 days until Richmond kicks off its 2026 AFL season under lights at the MCG, members moved fast today as tickets for Rounds 1–15 went on sale, securing seats for the biggest games of the year.

Due to expected high demand, the Round 1 blockbuster against old rival Carlton has been declared a fully ticketed match.

What does fully ticketed mean?

A fully ticketed match means members without a reserved seat must upgrade via Ticketek to secure entry. There will be no general admission or standing room available.

For non-fully ticketed games (most non-blockbuster home matches), eligible members can simply scan in using their physical, digital, or printed membership card.

Current fully ticketed games:
Round 1 v Carlton (away game)
Round 11 v Essendon (home game)

Below is everything you need to know for fully ticketed matches this season.

Home games – what you need to do:

Reserved Bay members (Club XIII, 3121, Premiership Circle Warne & Ponsford, Roaming Tiger)
•    Redeem a $0 ticket using your barcode via Ticketek for Round 11 v Essendon
•    Membership cards cannot be used to scan in

General Admission members
•    Purchase a discounted member upgrade ticket using your barcode via Ticketek
•    Membership cards cannot be used to scan in

Click here for the Round 11 ticket link (Richmond v Essendon)

Reserved Seat members
•    No action required
•    Scan in using your membership card as usual.

Away games – what you need to do:

If an away game is fully ticketed:
•    Members with away access must upgrade via Ticketek using their barcode
•    This secures a paid reserved seat at a discounted member price
•    Membership cards cannot be used for entry
•    Click here for the Round 1 ticket link (Carlton v Richmond)

If you have any questions about fully ticketed matches or securing your spot for Round 1 and Round 11, please contact our Richmond Membership Team here.

The turf is laid, the lines are drawn and the lights set for our first game of the season. We can’t wait to see you at the ‘G and hear the roar of the Tiger Army!

What a disgraceful money grab reserved ticket prices (set by the clubs) are.

Pathetic

But I'm not just talking about Carlton here. Our Club is just as bad. Reserved seat prices for Dreamtime are obscene  :help

I'm grateful to have a reserved seat membership.

Another $30/game what a ripoff.

Got my GA tickets this morning. Couldn’t have been advertised worse by the AFL/clubs if they tried. The fact that I had to be continuously searching for the dates/time is pathetic.
